356ac Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "356ac", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the 356ac platform, its operating company, and its authorised representatives.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 356ac platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" — refers to the 356ac website, mobile site, and all associated services accessible at 356ac.io and its subdomains.
• "Account" — refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" — refers to the total funds held in a Player's Account, comprising real money deposits and any applicable bonus funds tracked separately.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives awarded to a Player by 356ac.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it, or any winnings derived from it, may be withdrawn.
• "BDT" / "৳" — refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the primary currency used on the 356ac Platform for Bangladesh-based players.
• "KYC" — refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity and payment method checks required by 356ac prior to processing withdrawals.
• "Self-Exclusion" — refers to the voluntary process by which a Player requests that their Account be suspended for a defined or indefinite period to support responsible gaming.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 356ac Platform, creating a Player Account, making a deposit, participating in any game or betting market, or claiming any promotional offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and, if you hold a registered Account, contact 356ac support to request account closure.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 356ac with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The 356ac Platform is strictly available to persons who are aged 21 years or older. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 356ac may request documentary evidence of age — including a copy of a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — at any stage of the account lifecycle. If a Player is found to be under the minimum age, their Account will be immediately closed and all deposits returned, with any winnings forfeited.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the 356ac Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 356ac does not represent or warrant that use of the Platform is legal in any particular location. Players who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms. 356ac reserves the right to block access from any territory at its sole discretion.

3.3 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on 356ac: employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates of 356ac or any of its affiliated companies; persons who have been self-excluded or permanently banned from the Platform; persons acting on behalf of another individual; and legal entities including companies, partnerships, trusts, and organisations.

4. Account Registration

4.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold a maximum of one registered Account with 356ac. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account — whether under the same or a different name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 356ac reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any balances, winnings, or bonuses associated with them.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your Account. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document, your date of birth, your residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a current Bangladesh mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your Account information up to date. 356ac is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate registration details.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

356ac may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before approving your first withdrawal or at any other time. KYC documentation may include: a government-issued photo ID (NID card, passport, or driving licence); proof of address dated within three months (bank statement, utility bill); and proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account). Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the timeframe specified may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account. 356ac will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 356ac support immediately at [email protected]. 356ac recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Bangladesh mobile number to provide an additional layer of account security.

356ac will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from 356ac that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

356ac currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL) net banking, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, and other methods as published on the cashier page. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 356ac does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

6.2 Deposit Terms

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set per payment method and displayed in the cashier. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within minutes of a confirmed transaction. 356ac reserves the right to reject any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from a payment method registered in your name. You may only deposit funds that belong to you — depositing on behalf of another person is prohibited.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may require completion of KYC procedures as described in Section 4.3. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your Account, or to a payment method that can be verified as belonging to you. 356ac aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one to six hours during standard business hours. Requests submitted outside of peak processing windows may take up to 24 hours. 356ac reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests pending the outcome of any ongoing investigation into account activity.

6.4 Currency and Exchange

All Account balances on 356ac are held and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There is no currency conversion step for Bangladesh-based players. 356ac does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional credits, free spin awards, cashback offers, and reload promotions offered by 356ac are subject to these general terms and to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between general and specific bonus terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms, all Bonus Funds awarded by 356ac are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiple will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type: slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the individual promotion terms.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that remain unclaimed or for which the wagering requirement has not been completed within the stated validity period will automatically expire and be removed from your Account. Expired bonus funds are not recoverable. If a bonus expiry date is not explicitly stated, the default validity period is 30 calendar days from the date of award.

7.4 Abuse and Exploitation

356ac strictly prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; using low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies to clear wagering requirements; and making promotional claims through coordinated or automated means. Where 356ac reasonably determines that a Player has abused any promotion, it reserves the right to void the bonus, void any associated winnings, and close the Account.

8. Games & Betting Rules

All casino games and sports betting markets offered on the 356ac Platform are governed by individual game and market rules published within the respective game interface or betting market display. In the event of a software or technical error affecting a game round, bet settlement, or payout calculation, 356ac reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the relevant stake to the Player's Account. Winnings resulting from a demonstrable software fault will not be honoured.

For sports betting markets, 356ac follows standard international rules for settlement of cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches), football, kabaddi, and all other listed sports. Where a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or voided, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules displayed at the time of placing the bet.

356ac reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse bets from any Player at its sole discretion, including where it suspects irregular betting patterns, match-fixing related activity, or misuse of promotional pricing.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 356ac Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — including but not limited to RNG errors, display glitches, or pricing anomalies — for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or with dealers in live casino games.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or benefiting from match-fixing or any other form of sports integrity manipulation in connection with bets placed on the Platform.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process proceeds of criminal activity.
• Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using another person's payment method without their explicit consent.
• Attempting to circumvent geo-restrictions, account bans, or self-exclusion measures through the use of VPNs, proxies, or other technical means.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any member of the 356ac support team or other Players through any communication channel.

10. Responsible Gaming

356ac is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides a suite of account-level tools to help Players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session duration reminders, temporary cool-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are accessible through your Account settings or by contacting the support team.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 356ac Platform — including but not limited to the site design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of 356ac or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from 356ac.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 356ac, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure; loss of data; loss of access to your Account due to network outages; or any decisions made based on information displayed on the Platform.

356ac's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 356ac's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence to the extent such limitation is not permitted by law.

13. Privacy & Data

356ac collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data necessary to operate your Account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and deliver customer support.

14. Amendments to These Terms

356ac reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 356ac will notify registered Players via their registered email address or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 356ac holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising between you and 356ac in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through informal negotiation with the support team shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the licensing authority.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact 356ac support in good faith to seek an informal resolution. 356ac aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
